Apologies to the masses. I just found out about this today. There’s a dinner at the St. Regis in Atlanta tonight with Chris Morris, Master Distiller for Woodford Reserve. It will be a dinner featuring Woodford Reserve and The St. Regis Special Selection Bourbon which I can only assume is a bottling of Woodford selected by/for The St. Regis. The event includes a four course meal comprised of Pepper Steak with Bourbon Sauce, Spice Root Beer & Bourbon Marinated BBQ Ribs, Smoked Then Grilled Pork Chop, Chocolate & Bourbon Caramel Bar and Bourbon Pecan Pie.
I do not know if there are any reservations available at this late of a date but you can try by calling the St. Regis at 404-563-7910. The event is $75 per person and includes food, bourbon, and valet parking. If you can get reservations it will be at Paces 88 at 6 PM. I will unfortunately not be able to attend but if anyone else goes please send me a report of the event and I will see about getting it posted.
